In 2023, Faraday Future: World Champion Racer Justin Bell Becomes Owner and Developer Co-Creator

Justin Bell Becomes FF Owner and Developer Co-Creator

On August 17th, the editor learned from Faraday Future that Faraday Future (hereinafter referred to as “Faraday Future”, “FF” or the “Company”) announced today that British world champion racing driver Justin Bell (Justin Bell) has signed a contract with the company.

After signing the sales agreement and the developer co-creation agreement, Bell will participate in the second phase of FF co-creation delivery as the developer co-creation officer and the first owner of the second batch of users.

At the FF developer co-creation signing ceremony, it was announced that another hall-level world champion racer became the owner and developer co-creation officer of FF.

The company believes that through co-creation with Bell and other external developers, the company will improve product development, quality improvement, brand marketing, outreach to elite groups (including stars and Internet celebrities), technology development and progress, and after-sales service.

According to reports, in his 25-year racing career, Bell won the 1997 FIA GT World Championship and the 1998 Le Mans 24 Hours Championship, and has won many awards in various racing events.

Following a successful racing career, Bell transitioned into a spectacular transition as a TV and Internet host.

Bell’s current shows include “The Torque Show” and “Drive to Wynn,” a racing podcast broadcast live from the Blue Wire studios at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

FF achieved the first vehicle delivery

While FF recently achieved the first vehicle delivery milestone, it also launched a series of developer co-creation festivals.

FF will participate in the “FuelRun” event starting on August 16, US time (August 17, Beijing time), and the “Motorlux” event during Monterey Car Week on August 16 (August 17, Beijing time).

The company will invite developer co-creation officers (including the first users of the second phase of co-creation delivery) and developer co-creation officer candidates to participate in the developer co-creation signing ceremony on August 17 (August 18, Beijing time) .

FF also announced that, at a special meeting of shareholders held today (the “Special Meeting”), shareholders approved a proposal to authorize the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) to effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s issued common stock (the “Partnership”) , the implementation ratio is between 1:2 and 1:90. If a joint stock is implemented, it will increase the number of common shares authorized but not yet issued.

In addition, at the special meeting, the shareholders also approved a proposal that the authorized number of ordinary shares be limited to 12,355,000,000 divided by the board-determined share ratio if and only if the implementation ratio is between 1:8 and 1:90 Shareholding ratio.

The proposal essentially limits the number of authorized common shares after the joint stock to seven times the current number of authorized common shares.

Faraday Future said it expects the approval to provide sufficient equity for follow-on financing to support the production ramp-up of the FF 91 Futurist and other strategic goals of the company.

On August 14, Faraday Future announced that it officially delivered the first FF 91 2.0 Futurist Alliance to the first spire user, and held a new car delivery ceremony on August 12.

According to Faraday Future, this is the symbolic major inflection point for the company to enter the revenue stage for the first time and officially enter the complete closed-loop stage of operation.

The first user to get a new Faraday Future car is the American luxury car dealer “Private Collection Motors”.

According to Faraday Future, “Private Collection Motors” is one of the luxury car dealerships in Southern California.

They were also invited to join the FF developer co-creation mission, become FF developer co-creation officers, provide co-creation services, contribute value to FF from the perspective of industry experts, and get corresponding rewards.

As developer co-creators, they may engage in consulting, branding and other cooperation agreements with Faraday Future, and expect to receive US$225,000 (about 1.63 million yuan) to US$475,000 (about 3.44 million yuan) corresponding remuneration.
