Kia EV6

Kia EV6 is Kia’s first pure electric model in mainland China.

The high-performance version EV6 GT is equipped with dual motors and a 77.4kWh high-output battery pack.

It is equipped with a four-wheel drive system as standard, with a combined output of 430 kW and a maximum torque of 740 Nm.

The top speed can reach 260km/h, and the zero-to-hundred acceleration time is 3.5 seconds.

It is understood that the EV6 provides consumers with a variety of all-electric, zero-emission powertrain options, including a long-range version with a 77.4kWh battery pack and a standard range version with a 58kWh battery pack.

EV6 GT-line models will provide both long-endurance and standard-endurance versions, and EV6 GT models will only provide long-endurance battery pack configurations.

The EV6 long-range two-wheel drive (2WD) model equipped with a 77.4kWh battery pack can travel 600km on a single charge (NEDC standard).

The EV6 long-endurance all-wheel drive (AWD) model can provide a maximum torque output of 605Nm, and it only takes 5.2 seconds to accelerate from 100 kilometers.

For the EV6 long-endurance model, the two-wheel drive version (2WD) is equipped with a single rear drive motor with a maximum power of 168kW, and the all-wheel drive version (AWD) is equipped with front and rear dual drive motors, and the maximum output power of the vehicle is 239kW.

The EV6 standard endurance version is equipped with a 58kWh battery pack, and the all-wheel drive version can provide a torque output of 605Nm, and the acceleration time from 100 kilometers is 6.2 seconds.

The standard endurance two-wheel drive version is equipped with a 125kW rear drive motor, while the all-wheel drive version is equipped with front and rear dual drive motors, and the maximum power of the vehicle is 173kW.

Thanks to the 430kW dual motors, the EV6 GT all-wheel drive model can output a maximum torque of 740Nm, accelerate from 100 kilometers in only 3.5 seconds, and reach a top speed of 260km/h.

At the same time, the EV6 GT model will be equipped with an exclusive electronic limited-slip differential (e-LSD) function.

In terms of charging, all EV6 models can support 400V and 800V charging at the same time without additional components or adapters, and can achieve ultra-high-speed charging from 30% to 80% in 4 minutes.

For the long-endurance two-wheel drive version, charging for 4.5 minutes can increase the cruising range by 100km.

In addition, EV6 also has a “Plug & Charge (PnC)” function, which further enhances the convenience of charging.

Users can completely abandon the physical charging card, and only need to simply connect the charging pile, and the authentication information stored in the electric vehicle can complete the charging authentication and turn on the automatic charging function.

Thanks to the integrated charging control unit (ICCU), the EV6 also implements a new function of vehicle-to-vehicle external power supply (V2L), which can use the vehicle battery to charge other electrical devices.

The output power of the vehicle external power supply function (V2L) is as high as 3.6kW.
